Eldon Builders has built all kinds of new homes. Whether you own a property that you would like to develop or are just getting started finding you dream property, you should schedule to consult with us to make your custom home a reality. We have excellent and long-standing relationships in the real estate community as well as architects and planners. We think it is best, (though we may be biased) to meet with a builder early in the planning stages of a project. This can help the owner understand the entire project early in the game and allows for less surprises once a project is designed.
Additions and Major Renovations
When you have a house in a location that you love that needs major updating or more space – we can certainly help. We are familiar with the local zoning codes and know what limitations that may exist in your project. Just like new construction, it is best to consult with a builder early in the planning phase to discuss your possibilities.
Kitchen and Bath
Kitchen and Bath renovations are a large piece of our workload. To some it isn’t obvious but these projects although they take place in a small area are very involved. Not only do they require good planning and layout, they require many subcontractors and vendors and a lot of coordination. We do many of these each year and have the kinks worked. We can help guide you through cabinetry layout, countertop surface selection, and fixture selections.
Finish Carpentry
Finish Carpentry can be a wide ranging topic. At Eldon Builders, we consider any carpentry work that is on display once the project is finished is finish carpentry. That said, this includes wood flooring, exterior siding, decks, exterior and interior millwork among many over things. The fact that we employ a strong carpentry staff allows us to have control over all this rough and and finish carpentry details.
Window/Door Replacement and siding
This can be either an entire house or just a unit or two. We are very knowledgeable of what projects are on the market and will suit your project the best. We build and renovate in a harsh coastal environment and the details are critical related to the selection and install. We believe in using good quality materials and detailing them correctly – the first time
