As you are quite aware, what originally started out as a renovation project ultimately became a new build. We appreciate that you, Dan Ball as Project Manager, and the entire Eldon Builders team partnered with us step by step the whole ride! From planning meetings with the architect and home designer, understanding the complexities of the design, timing of final construction plans & permit approvals, navigating the supply chain issues, etc., the project was excellently managed and you kept us well informed and in the loop at all times, even though we were 2 hours away in PA for the bulk of the project, and delivered the CO on time.

Most importantly, you and your team were extremely easy to work with, the quality of your work was outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with how our new home turned out. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, Dan and your entire team! Thanks again

Eldon Builders restored our house in Cape May. It’s incredible how the right builder can transform two-dimensional drawings into a beautiful home! The work ended up being quite a bit more extensive than originally planned, and Eldon Builders worked with us each step of the way to offer alternatives and help us make our decisions. We marvel at the little things that Eldon Builders thought of that make all the difference. That attention to detail is what sets builders apart, and we couldn’t be happier!

Dear Nate:

I wanted to thank you for the excellent work you did on my home in Stone Harbor.   We called it a remodel, but we essentially changed and upgraded 90 percent of the interior and all exterior decks.

I was grateful and extremely pleased with the workmanship.   I have never had so a short punch list.  The attention to detail and excellence was wonderful and very much appreciated.

I was also thankful for the excellent project management; Dan Ball made every effort to keep me informed as the project progressed; he was a team leader from where I sat,  and worked very had to keep the project on time in the middle of COVID-world.    Although late, I know all best efforts were made and I certainly appreciated this.   He also returned all my phone calls as soon as practical; and reviewed work to make sure that it was done correctly.

Third,  in addition, you both worked extremely well with both the kitchen designer and the general designer.   Differences of opinion were resolved quickly and with good spirit.

So,  thank you for all that you did for me and family.

I wanted to send a quick note, to thank you for a job well done ! I absolutely love the renovations that you completed, on my property at 78th and Dune Drive. The new pool, landscaping, driveway, fencing, shower, and other items were done efficiently (during a difficult time to build, due to covid-19 none-the-less), at a reasonable price, and you were always not only available, but you stood by your work.
